The Board meets for every quarter and review the work of the Company. The members of the Board are:

Mr.E.Venkat Ramnayya, Hyderabad, is a management graduate from a premier business school and has more than 30 years of management experience. He has served on the advisory board of UNIFAD and Credit Union Promotion Committees of India (CUPCI) and served as a member of Andhra Pradesh-Netherlands Biotechnology Committee. He was a Team Leader to several national and international assignments funded by UNEP, UNDP, IFAD, Word Bank and bilateral organisations like NORAD and Rockefeller Foundation.

Mr.Ram Kumar Kakani, a fellow of IIM-C was a visiting scholar at Copenhagen Business School, Denmark. He did his doctoral work on the relationship between diversification strategy and financial performance of Indian Business Groups and published several research papers in international journals. A visiting faculty at AIT (UAE), Commonwealth of Learning (Canada) and IIMs, his areas of interest include Corporate Strategy, Business & Financial Analysis, Governance, and Study of Business Groups. Currently he is the faculty of XLRI, Jamshedpur in strategy and finance area.

Ms.Edit Tuboly, The Netherlands,currently works with HIVOS as Policy Officer Environment & Sustainable Development, based in The Netherlands. She has a long experience in working with NGOs and international networks. She has pushed the agenda on desertification internationally and in Europe, and works on organic agriculture development issues.

Ms.Lene Poulsen, New York, USA had worked with UNDP/UNSO, New York for a number of years. Currently, she is freelancer and works on the gender participation in development.

Prof. Karl Harmsen, formerly Executive Director of ICRISAT and was Rector of ITC, The Netherlands. He has done pioneering work on farmers livelihoods and space applications for Natural Resource Management.

Mr.Biswatosh Saha, a Fellow of IIM-C did his B.Tech from IIT kharagpur. A visiting scholar at Curtin University, Australia he did his doctoral work on foreign investments and its effect on domestic industry. He has published research papers and case studies in international journals and books, worked on projects of DIFD, UK and UNCTAD. He had previously worked in the industry and at IIT-Kharagpur. His interests included Business Policy, Innovations, Industrial Policy, Multinational Corporations and Study of Emerging Chinese Enterprises. He teaches at XLRI, Jamshedpur.

Mr.Vijay Kumar Asthana, a Chartered Accountant from Hyderabad and an expert in financial services. His experience working with private sector including civil society organisations in promoting livelihood opportunities contributed in developing financial packages relevant to organisational needs.

Mr.O V N Murthy, Hyderabad is a practicing Company Secretary. A Postgraduate in Commerce and FCS, he worked for number of years industry as Finance and Company Secretary advising and overseeing the legal work which includes accounts, internal audit and administered public issue activities.

Hyderabad based Ms.Vasundhara Emandi is a software expert in designing and modelling packages. She is a freelancer and works with issues of governance and private, public participation.
